Whenever we discussed the serious & the silly,
Whenever we fought and then sweetly reconciled,
Whenever we did anything together,
It brought happiness in my life.
Whenever we embraced each other,
Whenever we sneaked away and kissed each other,
Whenever we gently touched each other,
It brought happiness in my life.
Whenever we shared & cared for each other,
Whenever we gave each other pleasant surprises,
Whenever we boosted each other’s spirit
in times of low,
It brought happiness in my life.
Whenever we were together in this one year,
The moments brought happiness manifolds,
& my life seemed to be a bed of roses.
Happy Anniversary, My Love

To speak my heart
In the language of flowers,
There are not enough Roses
To express the depth of my love,
Nor Lilies to mourn your loss.
